Newborn baby abandoned and dumped inside gutter at Ikotun

An eyewitness narrated this sad incident on social media;

This dead little innocent soul was just found inside the gutters of the densely populated ikotun market in Lagos.

“Traders around confirmed that a lady was seen fidgeting around the spot where the dead child was later found.

“Why others said, that the water may have pushed the baby there.

“Whatever the case, this is totally cruel and heartless.”
