Delta Polytechnic Student Killed By Her Cultist Lover

Tragedy struck the Ogwashi-Uku community of Delta State on Tuesday as a final year female student of the Delta State Polytechnic, simply identified as Julia, was allegedly murdered by her cultist lover.

The deceased, who was in the department of Mathematics and Statistics, was murdered in her room in a private hostel off Polytechnic Road in Ogwashi-Uku.

According to one of her co-students in the hostel who spoke with SaharaReporters, the man, whose name has yet to be ascertained, had spent the previous night in the room of the deceased, and had stolen her ATM card.

"After her cultist lover had left the following day she received an alert of a N100,000 deduction from her bank account where she discovered her ATM card was missing. Not comfortable with the development, she went straight to her bathroom to take her bath. Immediately after that, she received another alert of N45,000 making it N145,000 that was [withdrawn] from her account by the unknown person.

Before leaving for the bank, she complained to us [about] the strange development. Again, on her return from the bank where she went to complain, she told us the bank assured her that the culprit could only be known and arrested after going through their CCDC camera. She was told to go home and report back the following [day] before meeting her untimely death," the co-student said.

The source speculated that unknown to anyone in the hostel, the suspect sneaked into Julia's room and murdered her with a battle axe, locked the corpse inside the room and ran away with her keys.

"Not until the next morning when everybody became apprehensive of her whereabouts and we [had] to break her door where we saw her lifeless body with blood stains everywhere in the room. Immediately we raised the alarm and everybody in the area rushed down and the matter was reported to the Ogwashi-Uku Police Station," the source narrated

Repeated calls to the new Delta State Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Andrew Aniameka, were not answered. However, a source at the Ogwashi-Uku station who didn’t want to be identified confirmed the story, adding that the police and the bank are currently working around the clock to arrest the suspect, who is on the run.

SaharaReporters learned that the remains of the late Julia have since been buried in her home town.

Prostitutes Have Taken Over My Community, Abuja Chief Laments

The leader of Utako Community, Abuja, Alhaji Abdullahi Isha, has cried out to the police over the influx of sex hawkers into the community.

He lamented that the presence of the prostitutes had also attracted men of shady characters to the community.

Isah, who said this during the Federal Capital Territory Eminent Persons Forum organised by the police on Tuesday in Abuja, called on the FCT Commissioner of Police, Muhammad Mustafa, to come to the rescue of his community.

The chief expressed displeasure over the activities of the sex hawkers and pleaded with the police authorities to deploy personnel to the community to arrest the development and restore sanity to the area.

He said, “I want to call the attention of the Commissioner of Police to the activities of prostitutes who have taken over my community. Their population in the community has increased in recent times and they are also attracting criminal elements. We want the police to come and address the situation before things get out of hand.”

A participant at the forum, who is a retired commissioner of police, Lawrence Alobi, called on the FCT residents to support the police financially, noting that the Force was not getting enough funding for its operations.

He argued that the police would perform better, if provided with the necessary equipment and logistics.

He admonished the residents to emulate Lagos State, which he said empowered the police with vehicles, helicopters and other equipment to enable them to perform their responsibilities more effectively.

“Let us all support the police financially, even with N100 every month. You can’t send a child to fetch water with empty hands,” he stated.

Presenting what he described as his scorecard, Mustafa said the FCT Police Command had arrested 408 suspects, prosecuted 247 and secured the conviction of 216 between August and October, 2016.

He also explained that his men recovered from suspects, 42 firearms, 250 ammunition, 27 bags of cannabis, 72 vehicles, 44 motorcycles, and over N3mn cash.

The CP said, “Having identified through intelligence that ‘one chance’ robbers have designated certain spots they use as shrines to dispossess their victims, the command has launched a campaign to destroy the shrines and a lot of shrines have so far been destroyed. The operation will be sustained,” Mustafa said.

Rector Of Federal Polytechnic, Ekowe Dies During Sex With Teenager

THE Acting Rector, Federal Polytechnic, Ekowe, Bayelsa State, has slumped and died at a hotel in Ughelli during alleged sex romp with an unidentified female teenager.

The rector was said to have slumped at his hotel room in Zekoh Place located at Onoharigho street, Ughelli and was rushed to a private clinic, few kilometers from the hotel were he was confirmed dead on arrival.

“He had gone to the hotel in company of a female teenager and booked a room for an hour of love session with the girl,” a source at the Ughelli Area Command told Vanguard.

Speaking further, the source said: “The girl raised an alarm when the chief slumped but absconded following reports that the victim was confirmed dead. “Though no arrest has been made in connection with the incident, a female manager of the hotel was arrested for questioning but has since been released.”

Suspecting foul play over the incident, a family member who spoke to Vanguard at the Rector’s Upper Agbarho residence said: “We are having a meeting with elders of the family if an autopsy would be conducted after which we would take a stand on the matter.”

50kg Bag Of Rice Now Sells For N8,000 In Ebonyi

This was disclosed by the Acting Director, Corporate Communication, CBN, Mr Isaac Okoroafor, in Bayelsa State.

Speaking at a sensitization workshop for the CBN Anchor programme for farmers, he said: “We should eat Nigerian rice provided for by the CBN Anchor Programme; 50 Kg of local rice is now N8, 000 in Ebonyi. Already, the Abia Government has ordered rice from Ebonyi for Christmas,”.

He said that the Anchor Borrowers Programme for the promotion of Agriculture has set the country to begin exportation of rice by 2017.

According to him, farmers in Kebbi, Jigawa, Ebonyi, Sokoto and Cross River states, among others, have already keyed into the programme, resulting in massive rice cultivation. He said the country would achieve self-sustenance in rice production if the momentum was sustained, adding that the country should commence exportation of locally produced rice by 2017.

Okorafor said Kebbi State had already harvested one million tons of rice, adding that Ebonyi’s harvest had outstripped the earmarked production for the year.

“The development is encouraging and by the end of 2017, we will not only meet our national demand which is between six and seven million tons but have surplus to export.

“We must rid ourselves of eating foreign rice that has been stored for over nine years in Thailand, Vietnam and India. Nigerian rice is fresh and healthier.

He further said: “What we have done with this programme so far is to create jobs through farming, especially for the unemployed youths. “Nigerian youths must wake up, dust themselves up and join this worthy campaign.

“Remember that the status of our farmers is now better due to the support they are receiving as a result of government’s policy. Our currency is weak because we engaged in needless importation of all kinds of food stuffs, including tooth picks; the government is determined to stop this.”

The Branch Controller, CBN, Yenagoa, Mr. Oke Nwajah, said the state was blessed with rich wet soil that supported rice cultivation. He therefore, urged the farmers to take pride in farming, adding that the Anchor Borrowers Programme was an intervention to reduce their burden.

Female Corper And Would-Be Hypnotists In Akure

The same modus operandi. What they do is try to lure you into a conversation, and God help you if you're greedy. You will fall flat on your face. It happened to this female corp member named Dumbira Efe Bukola, serving in Akure and she is still in shock

This is how she narrates it on her social media handle:

This was me yesterday morning, hale and hearty, full of life before I stepped out to work not knowing of the danger that lies ahead......

As I closed from work, took a bike to a supermarket called NAO along cathedral Akure, after picking few stuffs i needed, I crossed to the other side to board a taxi to my estate called Ijapo here in Akure, then I waved this taxi and the driver stopped, I moved closer and told him ijapo then he asked me to get in.

Inside the car I met two already seated at the back, then one at the front seats with the driver making 4, we became 5 plus me but after a few second of driving a guy from the back alighted, leaving two of us at the back sit, then the guy with me at the back sit told the driver to pack that he wants to drop too and the driver asked, "bro! Are you the owner of the Ghana must go filled with dollars at the booth, the guy replied yes and the driver said il drive you to our chairman at the garage, you want to put me in trouble abi? You entered my taxi with such big amount of money without telling me."

Immediately I told the driver what right has he got to open a passengers bag, b4 I finished this statement the guy who claimed to own the bag started crying, begging the driver not to expose him , that he works with one Alhaji at Lagos who sells gold and change dollars then Alhaji just died and everyone absconded with what they like, that inside the bag he had 1.5m dollars.

Immediately my guardian angel appear and instructed me to look at the side mirror of both front seat I did, behold the first guy had scar all over his face and the driver's eyeball covered in blood but already healing. Immediately I shouted with my whole strength "Drop me now!!!

He said "Aunty you need to follow us, today is our lucky day, this guy will settle us".

Again I yelled "I say Drop me now!!!!"

Then he parked drop me off on motion  around oja market and zoomed off.

God saved me! Then people gathered round me and started sharing thier experiences. A woman told me that normally they have jazzed me but it wasn't effective on me that, as I entered the taxi I am suppose to agree with them the next thing il find myself in a bush!

After raping me turn by turn, they will take my Unclad pic, give me other concoction to swallow, dispose me off my valuables, drive me at night to an ATM, where il withdraw all my money for them, and if I am from a rich family they will set me free but they'll be calling me to bring them huge amount of money or threaten to release the pics to social media , and if i am not from a rich family, that's how they'll sell to the ritualistic , or do the cutting themselves.

I was in shock, crying and weeping profusely as I thank my father In Heaven for not making my years of suffer go down just like that. If you're within Akure please be careful, they are roaming the streets freely, I wonder what the force men are doing about this, if you go out and see 20taxis, I assure you 6 to 7 of them are set of this guyz!

Fellow corpers be careful, everyone at Akure open your eyes and don't let love of money make you fall victim, I heard lots of people are missing , some are found with their hair scraped , while some are dead with many parts missing.

Shine your eyes well, am yet to recover from the shock, glory to God, to my guardian Angel and to my mother who pray ceaselessly day and night for me. We shall not mourn ourselves in the remaining of the year and the years a ahead.

Lady bleeds continuously after following rich man to hotel

A young lady has cried out after experiencing the unexpected after having a blind date with a rich man in a hotel.

According to a Facebook post by one Dian Chelsea,  the unnamed young lady was allegedly used as rituals after visiting a rich man whose name was given as Mr Emeka Augustine Ozulike in his hotel room. The young lady was not left the same way she came to the hotel…as she kept on bleeding even when certified ‘okay’ medically. Read the shocking story as narrated by the Facebook user below:

“These goes out to young ladies; beware of the kind of company you keep especially that of strange men you know nothing about. In today’s world, many atrocities are being committed and the most painful part of it is that the culprits keep getting away with their numerous crimes.

“I wouldn’t want to base this on the present situation of the country because these acts has been in existence for as long as I can tell.

Here goes the story of sexually abused young girl and possibly, almost used for ritual by one Mr.Emeka Augustine Ozulike popularly known as (Obele), who hails from Akwa Village in Ifitedunu, Dunukofia LGA, Anambra State. Sources have it that he’s a successful business man with his businesses scattered all about the Main Market, Onitsha.

“The abused girl pleaded for utmost anonymity but summed up courage to share her story which she believes is going to serve as an eye opener for young girls in our society. It all began when a strange call entered her phone from this man. Who consistently claimed that she gave him her number which was a blatant lie. She later discovered that someone she regarded as friend actually gave her contact to the man. At first, she was very reluctant to speak to this stranger but the pressure became unbearable that she was left with no option than to tell him off which she did but that didn’t help as well.

“The said Emeka continued saying that his intentions were genuine, that he actually want her for a wife. On hearing this, the girl calmed a little and decided to be a little bit more civil with this criminal. They eventually established a neutral conversation between themselves but the girl was still very skeptical about this Emeka guy. He suggested to her that it will be okay for them to see each other so that she will be more convinced that he’s real which she agreed to but distance seems to be a barrier at that point in time because they both stayed in different locations.

“One faithful day, an important business had to bring Emeka to the city of residence of this girl; he called her as usual and informed her about his visit. She reluctantly went to the hotel where he lodged to see him, on getting there; they met at the hotel restaurant. They sat for a while and the man suggested they go to his room so the can talk comfortably. She hesitated at first and later obliged. On getting to his room, he offered her a drink (a box juice), unknowingly to her, the juice was drugged. The last she remembered was taking the drink and possibly waking up naked after several hours of being knocked out by the juice.

“She cried and later left in shame because she never planned to give this beast her cookie just yet. Getting home that evening, she noticed she was bleeding. Being a young girl, she thought it was her monthly flow but the bleeding continued. She tried to reach the bastard on phone, after several missed calls; he neither picked nor returned her calls. At that point in time, in the midst of the bleeding, it just dawned on her that this man had used and possibly dumped her.

“Now her fear is the abnormal bleeding she’s experiencing because after all medical checks and series of tests performed on her, she’s normal with no fracture anywhere inside her system but the blood continues to flow. She’s very scared and confused having been proven Okay medically. She decided to cry out to the public to help her pass this message across to Emeka Augustine Ozulike ( aka OBELE) to come and undo whatever he did to her while he drugged her in his hotel room.

“Girls please beware of beasts that walk in sheep clothing and try to avoid such a person. They are nothing but RITUALISTS. Even those you think they are your friends are actually back stabbers and devil’s incarnate in human form. Their punishment is still yet unknown because they will never go unpunished. ”

Pathetic

Photos and Video: Mother and Youtube star gets backlash after posting nursing videos

A mother has been branded as ‘incestuous’ after she posted an intimate video of herself and her two children.
Tasha Maile, mother-of-two, posted videos of herself breastfeeding her two young sons and people have been attacking her decision to share the moment with millions of viewers.

Tasha defended her decision to share the nursing videos, one of which had more than 60 million views, saying she feels ‘sorry’ for those who judge her.

People say her children are way too old to still be nursing. Her videos also sparked some debate about what age is too old for a child to still be nursing. One of Tasha’s child is two-years-old and the other is six.

One mother viewing the video deemed the footage ‘incestuous’, stating: ‘I find this video very disturbing. She wants viewers to believe this is a natural mother and child bonding while breastfeeding.

‘However from the start this doesn’t appear to be natural but incestuous. Breastfeeding is a natural, beautiful extension of the mother and child bonding. However this woman’s exhibitionism certainly takes away from the wonderful bonding between mother and child.‘

Another said, ‘I breastfed my kids and didn’t need to put it out there for the world to see. And I’m sorry her kids are too old to be still feeding this way and she deserves the criticism she gets.‘

Has she gone too far, in your opinion?

Army Denies Killing 150 Pro-Biafra Agitators

Denying, the Military stated that the report was an attempt to tarnish the reputation of Nigerian security forces and that of the army especially. The statement by the acting director of army public relations, Sani Usman, a colonel, stated that IPOB members relished in the use of violence that threatens the security of the country.

It claimed that IPOB members attacked and killed people from other ethnic groups in the south-east and injured several soldiers and policemen. The statement also claimed that the protesters vandalised military and police vehicles.

He stated that the military acted within its mandate and in fact, approached the protesters with restrain despite their use of “unjustifiable violence”.

“The evidence of MASSOB/IPOB violent secessionist agitations is widely known across the national and international domains.  Their modus operandi has continued to relish violence that threatens national security.  Indeed between August 2015 and August 2016, the groups’ violent protests have manifested unimaginable atrocities to unhinge the reign of peace, security and stability in several parts of the South East Nigeria,” the statement read.

“A number of persons from the settler communities that hailed from other parts of the Country were selected for attack, killed and burnt.  Such reign of hate, terror and ethno-religious controversies that portend grave consequences for national security have been averted severally through the responsiveness of the Nigerian Army and members of the security agencies.

“These security agencies are always targeted for attack by the MASSOB/IPOB instruments of barbarism and cruelty.  For instance, in the protests of 30 – 31 May 2016, more than 5 personnel of the Nigeria Police were killed, while several soldiers were wounded, Nigeria Police vehicles were burnt down same as several others of the Nigerian Army that were vandalized.

“The strategic Niger Bridge at Onitsha came under threat thus leading to disruption of socio-economic activities.  In the aftermath of the encounter that ensued between security agencies and MASSOB/IPOB militants many of own troops sustained varying degrees of injury.  In addition, the MASSOB/IPOB recurrent use of firearms, crude weapons as well as other cocktails such as acid and dynamites to cause mayhem remain a huge security threat across the region.

“Therefore, it is rather unfortunate for the Amnesty International to allow itself to be lured into this cheap and unpopular venture that aims to discredit the undeniable professionalism as well as responsiveness of the Nigerian Army in the discharge of its constitutional roles.”
