A popular female Kenyan rapper has proposed marriage to her girlfriend.
Popular Kenyan rapper known as Grammo Suspect, who is open about her lesbianism and proudly supports LGBT rights, has asked her lover to become her wife.
Grammo who is the first openly lesbian rapper in Kenya, made her proposal public, buying her fianceé a nice ring. Stunned with the proposal, she broke down in tears, and showed off her new ring as she posed for pictures with her rapper fiancé. Grammo also went ahead to share the news on social media. She wrote:
“It took me almost 4 years to propose but I thank God she said yes. I love you #MySexyLolo. #LGBT #LoveIsLove
The surprise got her emotional,but that didn’t stop her from saying yes.#LGBT #LoveIsLove”
Her proposal has the backing of the LGBT community in Kenya, as she is a well known advocate for the gay rights.
